Quantum fully part of the Fosber Group

Quantum Corrugated Srl is now fully part of the Fosber Group, following Fosber SpA’s acquisition of the remaining 40% share capital previously held by Brivio Pierino & C. Srl.

Originating from the evolution of the historic Agnati company, Quantum Corrugated joined the Fosber Group in 2020, bringing expertise, patents and technologies dedicated to the production of high-quality corrugated board, with a strong focus on printing applications.

The completion of the transaction further strengthens the integration between the two companies and confirms Quantum Corrugated’s role within the Fosber Group’s industrial strategy, focused on innovation, specialization and international development.
